3patticrown Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and 3patticrown ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the 3patticrown website at 3patticrown.onl, the 3patticrown Android app, the 3patticrown iOS Progressive Web App, and all services available through those channels including sports betting, live casino, fish games, the VIP programme and PKR payment processing.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, the Android APK or the iOS PWA. The Terms are written in plain English for Pakistan users and are intended to be clear and straightforward. Where a clause could be read in more than one way, the interpretation that is most favourable to the ordinary user and consistent with good faith operation of the platform will be applied.

By continuing to use 3patticrown after any updates to these Terms, you confirm your acceptance of the revised version. We will notify members of material changes through an in-platform notification or an announcement on the main page before the change takes effect.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 3patticrown. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older. 3patticrown takes this requirement seriously. If we have reasonable cause to believe an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold and any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage use may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 3patticrown account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method or the same device — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, the additional accounts will be closed. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be reversed and the original account may be restricted.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information when registering, including your real name and a valid Pakistan mobile number. Providing false details at registration — including a name that does not match the name on your JazzCash or Easypaisa account — may delay or prevent withdrawals and may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 3patticrown will not ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat. Enabling biometric login on Android or iPhone adds an additional layer of security and is strongly recommended.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3patticrown processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and registered debit or credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment channels may vary depending on your account verification status and transaction history.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your 3patticrown balance immediately or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. In all cases, 3patticrown does not charge an internal fee on deposits — any transaction charges applied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the account holder.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform. Diamond and Platinum VIP members benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

3.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus credits added to your account are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus is stated at the time the bonus is issued. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account prior to processing the withdrawal.

4. Sports Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation — due to a connection drop or a technical issue — are not considered placed. If you are unsure whether a bet was accepted, check your bet history in the platform before placing again.

4.2 Cricket, PSL and T20 Betting

Cricket and PSL markets are among the most active on 3patticrown. Live in-play betting is available for Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals involving the Pakistan national team and select domestic tournaments. In-play markets update in real time and remain open until the point defined in the individual market rules — typically the start of the final over or the fall of the last wicket, whichever is relevant to the market type.

If a PSL or T20 match is abandoned or suspended before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result has been bowled — as per the governing body's playing conditions — all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. The minimum over threshold for settlement purposes is stated within each relevant market.

4.3 Pricing Errors

Occasionally, a pricing error may result in odds being displayed that are materially incorrect — for example, an obvious data feed error that shows a heavy favourite at extreme odds. 3patticrown reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. This clause will not be applied to minor price movements that fall within normal market variation.

4.4 Match Fixing and Integrity

Betting on the basis of inside information, match manipulation or any form of corrupt activity is strictly prohibited. 3patticrown cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and reserves the right to withhold settlement of affected bets pending investigation. Any account found to be involved in integrity violations will be permanently suspended.

5. Casino Games & Fish Games

The 3patticrown casino section — including live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slots and fish shooting games — operates on a random outcome basis. Results are generated by certified random number generation systems and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by the platform or the player.

Fish games at 3patticrown are skill-influenced arcade games where the outcome is determined by a combination of player targeting and game mechanics. Fish games earn VIP points at double the standard rate per PKR wagered, making them a useful contribution toward VIP tier progression.

Casino bonuses issued for specific game categories — for example, a bonus specifically for fish games — may not be used on sports betting markets and vice versa. The eligible game category for any bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time of issue.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional credits issued by 3patticrown are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets and time limits stated at the point each offer is communicated to you. In all cases where no specific condition is stated, a default wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New members who register and make their first qualifying deposit in PKR are eligible for the current welcome offer. The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on a second account will result in the bonus being voided and the account being flagged as a duplicate.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value, or creating accounts solely to claim promotional offers — is classified as bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances removed, outstanding withdrawals may be reviewed and the account may be permanently closed.

6.4 PSL and Cricket Promotions

During PSL season and major T20 international tournaments, 3patticrown may issue enhanced odds, cashback promotions or bonus bet offers specific to cricket markets. These promotions are governed by the same general conditions above plus any additional terms communicated alongside each specific offer.

7. VIP Programme

The 3patticrown VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity calculated in PKR across sports betting, casino games and fish games. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page and may be updated periodically.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal speed, bonus credits and account manager access are active as long as the member maintains the wagering activity required to retain that tier during the relevant review period. 3patticrown reserves the right to revise tier thresholds, benefit values and review periods with reasonable prior notice to affected members.

VIP points earned on fish games count at double the rate of sports betting wagers. This is a standing programme feature and will be communicated clearly if it changes. Points used to calculate tier progression are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3patticrown and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and/or permanent ban depending on severity:

• 8.1Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• 8.2Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or interfere with the platform's code, data feeds or pricing systems.
• 8.3Sharing an account with another person or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• 8.4Using VPN, proxy or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification requirements.
• 8.5Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using the platform's deposit and withdrawal facilities.
• 8.6Placing bets on the basis of insider information relating to cricket, PSL, football or any other sport available on the platform.
• 8.7Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at 3patticrown support staff through any channel.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

3patticrown may suspend or close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been violated. Where possible, the member will be notified of the suspension and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or integrity violations, accounts may be suspended immediately without prior notice.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus credits) will be returned to the member's registered payment method. Processing times for final balance withdrawals on closed accounts are the same as standard withdrawal timelines.

10. Responsible Gaming

3patticrown is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable platform for adults who choose to bet within their means. The following tools are available to every member at no cost and with no effect on their VIP status:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to deposit limits have a 48-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a set period of continuous platform use. You can configure the reminder interval in your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period — available options include 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and indefinite. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

11. Privacy & Data

3patticrown collects and processes personal data — including your name, mobile number, device information and transaction history — in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to this data being used for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.

3patticrown does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete the relevant transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

3patticrown is not liable for losses arising from: internet connection failures on the member's side; device malfunctions; actions taken by the member based on incomplete or misread information displayed during a live betting session; or losses resulting from the member's own betting decisions. The platform provides tools and markets — the decisions made using those tools remain entirely the member's own.

In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect settlement, 3patticrown will correct the settlement to reflect the accurate result. If an overpayment has been made to a member's account due to a settlement error, the overpaid amount may be recovered from the account balance. Members will be notified of any such correction.

To the maximum extent permitted, 3patticrown's total liability to any individual member arising from these Terms — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

3patticrown may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform's services, payment methods, legal requirements or operational policies. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed prominently on the platform at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with a planned change, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect. Closing your account before a terms update does not affect your right to withdraw any remaining real-money balance.
